When can I expect my order?

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, with the exception being on weekends and holidays due to postal services being closed.

Standard shipping is usually delivered within 2-4 business days. Express shipping is usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

Note: Deliveries to more remote locations may take longer to be delivered.

 

I did not receive a confirmation email, or my payment is on pending – did my order go through?

You should receive an email upon placing an order, however, occasionally we get reports that the email did not send. If this happens, know that you should always receive an email once your order has been manually marked as completed. Additionally, we will send an email when your order has been shipped.

For payments being left pending, this is to allow us to edit or refund orders easier, if necessary. Once your order has been completed, the transaction will finalize.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your USPS tracking number. You can enter this number on the USPS website to track your order.

 

Are there any coupon codes?
